The FFT Managing Director, Manfred Hahl, underlined in his welcoming speech the enormous importance of sound and qualified training for a successful future of both young people and the company in view of the shortage of skilled workers.
The trainees are trained, among other things, in the trades of technical product designer, mechatronics technician, machining mechanic or electronics technician. The FFT also offers several dual courses of study in cooperation with various universities.
BBZ Mitte GmbH accompanies these young people through its professional trainers and real workshops in the fields of design, metal technology, electrical engineering, automation and robotics in the basic and advanced stages. FFT also offers various IT, soft skills and foreign language courses for its junior staff.
The globally active production plant engineering and technology leader trains a total of 110 trainees and dual students every year at various locations in Fulda, Mücke, Eisenach and Schmalkalden. A stay abroad of up to 3 months at an FFT project location, from the USA and Mexico to China, has been part of the FFT training programme for years.
