Process of the service request

  1. Contact initiation
    Initial contact via service(at)fft.de, followed by a callback from the responsible staff.
  2. Record the request
    Our team analyzes your request and determines whether it concerns service, maintenance, spare parts ordering, or repair.
  3. Immediate measures
    Depending on the urgency, initial measures are initiated, or a technician appointment is scheduled.
  4. Execution
    We implement the necessary measures – from the delivery of spare parts to repairs.
  5. Completion and follow-up
    After successful completion, you may receive recommendations for optimizations.
