JV in Saudi-Arabien

We are excited to announce that FFT, KJC and EASUN have officially signed a Joint Venture contract to establish a legal commercial technical entity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The signing ceremony was held on July 8th at the FFT Group headquarters in Fulda in Germany, and we appreciated to welcome the management team of our Saudi partner, Mr. Nizar Sanadiki (CEO), Mr. Mehr Abdullah Hussain (CFO), Mr. Yaman Taie.

The partners agreed on a long-term strategic partnership to supply automatic and robotized production systems to the fast-growing industry in the Kingdom. An initial project from the newly formed Saudi Automotive industry is already successfully acquired and we are looking forward on further acquisitions. Besides the Automotive industry the JV plans also to step into other industries in the Kingdom which requires automated and robotic assembly systems. The large expertise of FFT in automation and robotics in manufacturing will set new standards in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
