50 years of FFT Production Systems: Achievements, Innovations, and Future Visions – discover the highlights of the anniversary celebration!
08.11.2024On 1 August, a new phase in life began for 51 future specialists at FFT Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG in Fulda. Interesting and challenging tasks await them in the field of plant automation and the research development of new technologies. The Welcome Week began with a welcome from Managing Director Hagen Dickert and Training Manager Petra Fröhlich-Bittner and her team. This was followed by a presentation on FFT´s foundation and future, as well as the first important briefings. It was with great pride that they received their company ID cards and uniforms. The new colleagues then explored their future workplaces in the huge assembly halls and offices. Towards the end of the first working day, experienced trainees and students gave them some tips and tricks for their working lives.
On the second day, the coaches put the young talents technical understanding to the test. The team task was to build a strong, lightweight paper bridge to connect two tables. All teams completed the task successfully! After this task, they went to the network meeting at the Körbelshütte in Großenlüder-Bimbach. Around 120 apprentices and students attended the event to share their experiences and get to know each other over delicious food and good music. After this successful outing, the newcomers received their high-quality laptops, which they can use for professional and educational purposes.
Over the next few weeks, the trainees and students will be based at our subsidiary BBZ Mitte GmbH. There they will receive further training to to ensure they are well prepared for the future. YOU too can apply and join us in 2024!
