Our welding tools for industrial joining technology can be customised for assemblies such as motors and transformers. We offer three different welding guns, which differ in welding force and weight.

The FFTweldtec Advanced C-Gun is a robot welding gun series for aluminium welding. It is not only used in the automotive industry.

The FFTweldtec TipChanger enables automatic, space-saving changing of electrode caps on robotic welding guns. Inductive sensors monitor the fill level in the magazine. Loosened caps fall into a catch basket.

The Mobile TipChanger enables fast, automatic change of electrode caps on welding guns. Compact and lightweight, it can be easily mounted on the robot arm. Level sensors monitor the cap level.

These fixing points, which are set with the VarioPicker® EVO, are used to connect the outer skin to the support structure. The fixing points are created with a material bond, eliminating the need for gelling after hemming.

We offer you the design and development of WPS gun base bodies and special welding machines, 3D construction (CATIA V5, UG), FEM calculation, creation of measurement and test protocols as well as data handling in the customer system.

The FFTigv ELEVATE 1t is an automated guided vehicle system with a lifting table that can lift up to 1 tonne. It is suitable for logistical tasks and manual handling. With standard components for easy maintenance.

The FFTigv MOVY 1t is an automated guided vehicle with bidirectional movement, load capacity up to 1 ton and standard components. This model can optionally be equipped with a 3D camera or special structures.
