Barrel pumps / Material supply
Different materials with varying properties and technical requirements are used in a range of applications.
The RAM presses are suitable for dispensing adhesives and sealants from drums with a capacity of 20 to 1,000 litres.
They are available in various designs to meet the specific requirements of different materials and customers.

Meter unit (EMU)
The EMU series – electric meter units – is designed for automated applications. It is suitable for processing materials with low to high viscosity. The available dispensing volume ranges from 18 cm³ to 900 cm³.
The electric meter unit is independent of the adhesive’s viscosity, ensuring high dispensing accuracy with a repeatability of over 99 per cent. The flow rate is continuously controlled in accordance with the host system (e.g. a robot). It is also characterised by a simple design, making it easy to assemble and disassemble. Even with intensive use, the EMU series is characterised by a long service life and easy maintenance.

The technical requirements are just as varied as the applications themselves. For perfect material application, therefore, it is not only the material feed and the metering unit that are crucial, but also the applicator.
This ensures that the material is applied to the component with high precision, to the exact dimensions and in the correct position. Consequently, every application requires the right applicator.

Control system
The software impresses with its simple and intuitive operation and enables the central display, monitoring and control of all relevant system parameters. These include, amongst others, temperature, pressure, flow rate and the current system status.
Thanks to the multi-programme setup, various applications and processes can be managed efficiently. The integrated data collection system ensures comprehensive recording and documentation of all operational data, such as the application, parameter changes and alarms. Furthermore, the preventive maintenance function helps to minimise downtime and increase system availability.

FeRe’s mobile dispensing stations offer a flexible solution for manual applications, reworking and small-batch production. Thanks to their compact design, pneumatic material supply and ease of use, they enable the precise application of a wide variety of adhesives and sealants – wherever maximum flexibility is required.

Four cameras and four sensors in a compact housing accurately and reliably capture the position, width, height and depth of the geometry.

Application with adhesive tape
Door sealing systems apply continuous seals with adhesive tape precisely and tension-free to doors, either stationary or robot-guided. The systems range from rotary table island solutions to interlinked stations, with manual to fully automatic pre-treatment.
FFTlinetec Gluing System
Manufacturing process using gluing system
Gluing systems join materials without heat or drilling. FFT offers automated pre-treatment (spraying/felt) and systems for 1K/2K adhesives. Applications: windows, roofs, beams, sensors, household appliances.
