End effector for robots with low effective force
Carbon fibre enables end effectors with a very low weight and high load capacity (load ratio up to 1:10). This means that even small robots can work precisely and efficiently. Size and geometry can be flexibly customised, which offers high variability in automated processes.
Structural components for car bodies
CFRP is suitable for load-bearing structural components such as gearbox carriers. The low weight reduces energy consumption, while modern production methods enable short production times - also ideal for large series.
Realising support structures
Carbon fibre can be used to reinforce existing geometries and better absorb static and dynamic loads. This increases service life and reliability while minimising weight increase.
