The modular system already has integrated threads and pins for secure fixing, which significantly reduces installation time. Manufacturing process for FFTlightweight FibreTEC Profile Efficiency through robot-assisted production
CFRP winding process with aluminium deflection points
Aluminium deflection points are loaded automatically, followed by robot-assisted CFRP fibre placement for maximum precision and structural stability.
Curing and tempering process
The wound profiles undergo a 48-hour curing and tempering process, which guarantees maximum material strength and lasting dimensional stability.
Quality assurance
Each component is checked for dimensional accuracy, load-bearing capacity and surface quality using standardised test procedures to ensure consistent premium quality.

The innovative combination of a scissor lift system made of FFTlightweight FibreTEC Profile with an FFTlightweight Integral frame saved 1.7 tonnes of weight compared to the previous solution using a steel structure! The use of carbon moulds therefore not only helps to reduce energy costs, but also cuts CO2 emissions. In addition, the shorter cycle time and efficient use of space significantly optimise the movement sequences. Overall, these improvements lead to a noticeable increase in performance, which significantly increases both the efficiency and sustainability of the system.
