Functionality Using the FFTprovi Part Feeder
Part Feeder RS
- Separation is realized either by the component itself, by latches or by a pre-holding system.
- The inserted components are fed to the removal position by the angle of attack of the feed section.
- The guidance of the components ensures that nothing is wedged or deformed.
- Poka-Yoke prevents incorrect operation.
Part Feeder B
- Loading through pre-loaded containers.
- Empty containers are automatically returned.
- The inserted components are fed to the different variants by gravity due to the angle of the feeding section
Part Feeder V
- Separation is achieved either by the component itself, by latches, or by a holding system.
- The vertical alignment of the feed line guides the inserted components to the removal position.
