Functionality Using the FFTprovi Part Feeder

Part Feeder RS

  • Separation is realized either by the component itself, by latches or by a pre-holding system.
  • The inserted components are fed to the removal position by the angle of attack of the feed section.
  • The guidance of the components ensures that nothing is wedged or deformed.
  • Poka-Yoke prevents incorrect operation.

Part Feeder B

  • Loading through pre-loaded containers.
  • Empty containers are automatically returned.
  • The inserted components are fed to the different variants by gravity due to the angle of the feeding section

Part Feeder V

  • Separation is achieved either by the component itself, by latches, or by a holding system.
  • The vertical alignment of the feed line guides the inserted components to the removal position.
  • The component guidance ensures that nothing gets jammed or deformed.
  • Poka-yoke prevents incorrect operation.
