Functionality Using the FFTprovi Rack Changer

Cycle time independent container change

As soon as B1 is fully loaded and B2 is empty, the process begins in which B1 starts moving and moves to the unloading position of B2.

The full load carrier B1 is lifted over the empty load carrier B2.

The empty load carrier B2 is moved under the full load carrier B1 to the old position of the first container.

The full load carrier moves to the unloading position and the system can continue production.

Now the carriers without containers change position once again to repeat the process.

The carrier of B1 now moves under B2 and is therefore in its old position.

The carrier of B2 now moves under the container B1 and is thus in its old position.

As soon as the load carriers have been completely exchanged, the empty container can be transported away by an AGV.
