50 young talents start into the future with FFT

On 1 August 2022, 50 young talents started their vocational training (24) or dual studies (26) at FFT Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG. In addition, 6 FOS trainees were given the opportunity to get to know everyday working life at FFT three days a week.

The in-house training of young talents is an important factor for FFT in order to meet the high demand for qualified junior staff, to be able to keep up with the competition in the industry and to develop the company as well as the technology in the long term.

FFT guarantees a modern learning environment and high-quality training in all areas. Robotics, automation and product planning as well as modern information technologies, logistics and project management are part of the training. In addition to in-company and school training. FFT Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG has commissioned its subsidiary BBZ-Mitte in Fulda to conduct job-related courses throughout the entire training period in order to ensure high-quality training.

The vocational training locations are Fulda, Mücke, Eisenach and Schmalkalden. The new apprentices start in the following occupations (m/f/d): Technical Product Designer, Production Technologist, IT Specialist, Electronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, Machinist or Mechatronics Technician.

FFT offers a variety of dual study programs

FFT offers a variety of dual study programs in addition to vocational training: Mechanical engineering, production engineering, robotics, mechatronics, industrial engineering or electrical engineering. Our partners are the DualeHochschule Baden-Württemberg, the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen, the Duale Hochschule Gera-Eisenach,  the Hochschule Würzburg-Schweinfurt and the Hochschule Fulda. During their studies, the dual students are alternately at FFT facilities and at the university. This allows them to put what they have learned directly into practice. In addition, there is the possibility of completing an international assignment during the course of study, which is supported by FFT.

To make their start easier, the new apprentices and dual students were given a warm welcome at the headquarters in Fulda with an introductory day. They were  greeted by upper management, the personnel management, the responsible trainers and the works council, received a  safety briefingand got to know the assembly hall, the new ShowArea and the office buildings during a tour. FFT is looking forward to an exciting time with the motivated new generation.
