Many years of experience set us apart
The part logistics department was formed in 2011 from the system development technology division. It not only provides the necessary parts for FFT's own body-in-white systems, but also supplies system manufacturers worldwide. For the production of car bodies and their sub-assemblies, the necessary parts must be supplied or discharged with products from the Parts Logistics department.

The starting point for our products is the interface between process optimization and its economic efficiency.
The FFTprovi product group includes all FFT products that feed parts into a production process and make them available for further processing, testing or transportation.
The FFTigv product group is home to our automated guided vehicles in the AGV and AMR categories. Our vehicles are ideal for transportation tasks, but also for linking production and assembly processes. Various fleet control systems enable the simple orchestration of several vehicles up to a VDA 5050-compatible complete system. All vehicles have a PLC-based control system and, in addition to classic track-guided navigation, the optional ability to navigate freely using the SLAM method. Extensive safety functions also enable the vehicles to be actively integrated into the plant safety system.
Intelligent automated guided vehicles
In addition to basic models with bidirectional movement and a load capacity of up to 1 ton, we also offer iGVs with scissor lift tables and omnidirectional freedom of movement. You can also find special solutions here, such as our FFTigv AGILITY 10t, which offers a load capacity of up to 10 tons.
