Supplier approval for OEM welding guns

FFT has been certified and approved worldwide for the manufacture of OEM robot welding guns since 2023. We supply these in servo-pneumatic or servo-motor versions for the Volkswagen Group, Audi, BMW and DAG/Mercedes Benz, among others. We are also striving to obtain this approval from other OEMs in the automotive industry and are therefore constantly developing our portfolio.

FFT has a high level of expertise in welding gun design, development and layout, which is offered as an external service. At the same time, FFTweldtec also offers classic welding guns, special solutions and (projection) welding machines for inline or offline integration, as well as accessories for gun maintenance.

Welding guns according to OEM or FFT standard

Our welding guns and special welding equipment are welding tools for industrial joining technology. Assemblies such as motors, transformers, electrode arms and electrode shafts are customized. In addition to classic welding guns in the FFT standard or according to OEM guidelines, we also offer special solutions such as our patented VarioPicker ®, which enables one-sided welding.
