Filling systems for final assembly

FFT Filling technology has been offering semi-automatic or fully automatic filling systems for final assembly and other applications for more than 30 years. A wide variety of systems are filled with liquid or gaseous media, depending on customer requirements.

Our filling technology systems are used in final assembly in line operation or in cycle operation. They have a modular design and consist of a basic unit and a traversing unit with adapter tray. Starting with the customer's inquiry, planning, installation, commissioning and production support are carried out in close consultation with the customer and their individual requirements.

Our moving filling systems are particulraly suitable for production lines with a short cycle time of 60 seconds or less

Integrated filling systems

Filling processes often need to be integrated into a fully automated existing production process for the construction of customised systems. We would be happy to help you realise your individual solution.

Filling media

The tasks in filling technology are very variable and different, as are the properties of the respective media: oils, aqueous solutions, cleaning agents, fuels or even gaseous media.

Compact filling systems

The compact filling systems are mainly used in productions with stationary operation or at rework stations. In this solution, the mechanical and electrical cabinets are arranged on a frame or tray together with the adapter hose package.

The modular design also allows different media to be combined in one system. The location of the systems can be easily adapted to your production. The systems are supplied with medium via a permanently connected central network or bottle or drum supply.

Moving filling systems

Our moving filling systems are particularly suitable for production lines with short cycle times of 60 seconds or less. With this solution, the mechanical and electrical cabinets are usually separate from the moving filling consoles. The stationary basic units are connected to the filling console, which travels along with the production line on a rail system, via an energy supply chain.

You determine the degree of automation of the process flow yourself based on the production requirements. We develop special filling adapters for you; these are the interface to the system to be filled. We would be happy to help you realize your individual solution.

Manual and inching operation in filling technology

In addition to automatic mode, the manual and jog modes are particularly important for diagnosing the systems to be filled. Furthermore, pressure test devices, repair programs, flushing programs, emptying of already filled systems or other special functions can be implemented for rework systems.
