40 young talents start their careers at FFT
Student week full of activities
From 4 to 8 August, the dual students enjoyed a varied onboarding week organised by students from higher semesters. In addition to an FFT rally through the building to discover the departments and trainers, the programme included an escape room, the construction of marshmallow and spaghetti towers, a laptop introduction and workshops on FFT processes. The dual universities were also introduced and important information for a successful degree programme was provided.
Team spirit and dialogue at the networking event
On 8 August, all trainees and dual students from the Fulda, Mücke, Eisenach and Schmalkalden sites came together for a large networking event. This allowed everyone to get to know each other better and the experienced trainees and dual students were able to give the career starters valuable tips for the time ahead.
After a hike of almost four kilometres to the Körbelshütte in Bimbach, a barbecue buffet, cool drinks and various team games awaited the participants. In perfect weather, the mixed groups fought for victory with lots of fun - always focussing on teamwork, because at FFT we believe that you can only achieve something together.
A solid basis for a successful future!
In the coming weeks, the new junior employees will undergo an intensive induction programme with training courses at BBZ Mitte in order to be optimally prepared for their training and study period at FFT.
