YOUNG TALENTS START THEIR CAREERS

FFT START OF TRAINING

50 YOUNG TALENTS START THE FUTURE WITH FFT

On August 1, 2022, 50 young talents started their vocational training (24) or dual studies (26) at FFT Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG. In addition to these, 6 FOS interns were given the opportunity to get to know everyday working life at FFT three days a week.

The in-house training of young talent is an important factor for FFT in order to meet the high demand for qualified junior staff, to keep up with the competition in the industry and to be able to further develop the company and the technology in the long term.

FFT guarantees a modern learning environment and high training quality in all areas. Robotics, automation and production planning as well as modern information technologies, logistics and project management are all part of the training. In addition to in-company and school-based training, FFT Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG has commissioned its subsidiary BBZ-MItte in Fulda to provide support during the entire training period in order to ensure high-quality training.

The vocational training locations are Fulda, Mücke, Eisenach and Schmalkalden. The new apprentices start in the following professions (m/f/d): Technical product designer, production technologist, IT specialist, electronics technician, industrial mechanic, cutting machine operator or mechatronics technician.

In addition to vocational training, FFT offers a variety of dual study programs: Mechanical engineering, production engineering, robotics, mechatronics, industrial engineering or electrical engineering. Our dual partners are the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University, the Technical University of Central Hesse, the Gera-Eisenach Cooperative State University, the Würzburg-Schweinfurt University of Applied Sciences and the Fulda University of Applied Sciences. During their studies, the dual students alternate between working at FFT and at the university. This allows them to put what they have learned directly into practice. During their studies, they also have the opportunity to complete an international assignment, which is supported by FFT.

To make their start easier, the new trainees and dual students were warmly welcomed to the Fulda site with an induction day. They were welcomed by the management, HR management, the responsible trainers and the works council, received a safety briefing and were given a tour of the assembly hall, the new ShowArea and the office buildings. FFT is looking forward to an exciting time with the motivated new recruits.
