Turntable

The FFTprovi Turntable A/M is a decoupled magazine system that provides parts in specific cycles. Unloading is performed by a robot. Permanently installed protective fields protect the worker during manual loading. Component queries continuously monitor the fill level of the buffers.

Our two variants of the Turntable:

Turntable A (automatic)

The FFTprovi Turntable A is indexed by an automatic drive. After the Turntable has been rotated, it is unloaded by a robot either directly or indirectly via an intermediate storage area with pick & place units. The intervention protection is ensured by a travelling safety fence panel. Component queries continuously monitor the fill level of the component buffers.

Turntable M (manual)

The FFTprovi Turntable M is moved on by the operator's manual drive. The intervention protection is ensured by a travelling safety fence panel. Component queries continuously monitor the fill level of the component buffer.
