Terms of participation World Cup Betting-Game

The betting game is organized by FFT Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG (hereinafter also referred to as "the responsible party").


All active employees of the FFT Group are eligible to participate. External persons with FFT email addresses and all third parties are excluded from participation. Participation in the betting game of FFT Produktionssysteme GmbH & Co. KG is voluntary.


Participation is subject to the specification of a tipster name. This can be chosen individually upon registration. If you use a tipper name by which your colleagues can recognize you (e.g. first name.last name), you can find each other within the FFT ranking list.

The prerequisite for participation is the use of the company e-mail address.

At the end of the World Cup, the top 5 ranked employees will receive a prize after being represented in the standings.
The prizes can be viewed at https://www.kicktipp.de/fft-wm-2026-tippspiel/preise. In the event of a tie in total points, the number of matchday wins will determine the placement of the tipsters. In the event of an equal number of matchday wins, both players will receive a prize.

Cash prizes are non-cash benefits for employees that are taxable.
The legal process is excluded.

III. description of the processing of personal data in connection with the betting game

1. scope of processing of personal data

In connection with the betting game, we process the data necessary for participation: Nickname, e-mail address, if applicable, hints, which are given voluntarily.

2. purposes and legal basis of the processing

Personal data is processed for the purpose of implementing and managing your participation in the betting game. Registration for participation in the betting game is based on Art. 6 para. I lit. a DSGVO, your consent (voluntary registration). The processing of metadata is carried out for the purpose of a secure technical provision of the platform on the basis of Art. 6 para. I lit. f DSGVO and in order to exclude misuse of the platform. Our legitimate interest lies in these purposes. The administration of all participants within the betting game and the determination of the winner and his notification of the prize is based on Art. 6 para. I lit. f DSGVO. The betting game is offered voluntarily to all employees for the purpose of employee retention and to improve the attractiveness of FFT as an employer. The e-mail address is used to notify the winners. Our legitimate interest lies in these purposes.

3. duration of processing (criteria for deletion)

The personal contact data of the betting players will be deleted no later than 6 weeks after the end of the betting game.

4. recipients of the data

Within our organization, access to your personal data is granted to those offices and departments that run the betting game as well as to those involved in the decision on the use of the recordings for marketing purposes.

As part of our service provision, we commission processors who contribute to the fulfillment of contractual obligations, e.g. data center service providers, IT partners, document shredders, etc. These service providers only act on our instructions and are contractually obligated to comply with the applicable data protection requirements.

We use the Kicktipp platform to run the betting game. The provider is Kicktipp GmbH, Königstraße 9, 40212 Düsseldorf, Germany. We have concluded an order processing agreement with Kicktipp, which obliges the provider to comply with the currently applicable data protection requirements. A transfer to a third country does not take place.

 

IV. Information about your rights:

1. right to information

You have the right to request information about your personal data that we process at any time within the scope of Art. 15 DSGVO.

2. right to rectification and supplementation:

If your personal data is incorrect or incomplete, you have a right to rectification and completion within the scope of Art. 16 DSGVO.

3. right to restriction of processing.

If the legal requirements are met, you may request restriction of the processing of your personal data within the scope of Art. 18 DSGVO.

4. right to deletion

Within the scope of Art. 17 DSGVO, you may request the deletion of your personal data at any time, unless we are legally obliged or entitled to continue processing your data.

5 Right to data portability

If processing is carried out on the basis of your consent and with the help of automated processes, you have a right to transfer the data you have provided within the scope of Art. 20 DSGVO, provided that this does not affect the rights and freedoms of other persons.

6. right of objection

You have the right to object to processing within the scope of Art. 21 DSGVO, insofar as the data processing is carried out for the purpose of direct marketing or profiling. You may object to processing on the basis of a balance of interests by stating reasons arising from your particular situation.

7. right to revoke the declaration of consent under data protection law.

You have the right to revoke your declaration of consent under data protection law at any time. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.

8. right to complain to a supervisory authority

Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of your residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement, if you consider that the processing of personal data concerning you infringes the GDPR.
