The FFTmove Conveyor (CV) is used to feed parts into processing lines and decoupled linking of different plant areas. With this system, material flow design allows parts to be stored for production areas. Due to the stable aluminum profile construction, this accumulating conveyor is very flexible in terms of length, width and height and can therefore be adapted to customer requirements in a very short time.
The biggest differentiating feature compared to competitor products is the transport of the workpiece carriers by means of a "maintenance-free" plastic curved toothed belt. A very short delivery time is also guaranteed due to the "parameterizable design". This means that by entering very few input parameters, such as belt dimensions, the complete production drawings are generated automatically.
The CV floor-standing consists of an aluminum hood and a pendulum flap, which allows loading by the operator. In addition, this design is also available without aluminum hood and pendulum flap to ensure transport between cells.
Another design is the accumulation conveyor floor standing 45 degrees, which has an optimal ergonomics for loading by the worker.
Compared to the other designs, the CV vertical offers the advantage that little installation space is required. In addition, stopping in the deflection is possible.
The CV Stahlbau is characterized by a cross-cell transport of large components. A characteristic feature of this design is that the components are transported in a suspended position.
