Where automation meets final assembly, new potential is created along the entire process chain. From body-in-white handover with gap measurement, ID number embossing and plug setting to pre-assembly including insulation and headliner bonding, cockpit and boot installation, FFT offers precise solutions - partially or fully automated. We have a great deal of experience in automation, particularly in the installation of glass, doors and roofs, and this is where we can really demonstrate our expertise in gluing technology.

In drive and chassis assembly, automated pre-assembly of the engine or battery and the installation of high-voltage components enable the highest quality standards. Our battery testing covers the testing of electric vehicles and battery components.
