BestFit for various processes Process steps
1. detection of geometric deviations
- Robot moves with component in gripper to automatically adjusted measuring positions
2. data acquisition
- Measurement of gap and transition with laser triangulation sensors
- Hole measurement with 2D ring light sensor is also possible
3. correction calculation
- Calculation of the optimum joining position based on the recorded geometric deviations
4. data transmission
- The calculated position is transmitted to the robot
- Data transmission via TCP/IP
5. repositioning
- The component is optimally positioned.
