FFTmetrology sensors Portfolio of our sensors

FFT offers a high-performance portfolio of sensor solutions for industrial image processing - precisely tailored to the requirements of modern plant and machine manufacturers.

Our triangulation sensors and the double-head sensor enable high-precision detection of gap and transition measurement, thus ensuring maximum process reliability in joining and assembly processes.

Our surface sensor is available for reliable geometry testing. It is particularly suitable for the precise measurement of round and rectangular holes and thus supports consistent quality control in production.

The linear sensor offers a robust and economical solution for precise distance measurement - easy to integrate and designed for continuous industrial use.

The FFT Blue laser scanner is very lightweight thanks to its very small design. It scans up to 200 times per second and is used in gluing and folding technology. Our quad sensor is also used in gluing technology with our "BeadControl" system.

All components are intelligently networked via our powerful hub, which enables a centralised connection, efficient signal processing and seamless integration into existing system concepts.

With this modular system approach, FFT delivers consistent, scalable solutions for demanding automation tasks.

The FFTmetrology RGS system is used to guide the robot to a calculated ideal position rather than to a teached position. For this purpose, 2D or 2.5D images are first captured and calculated.
