FFTmetrology ShapeScan Example applications

Our ShapeScan quality control is the umbrella term for our BeadControl and HemQC use cases. Both use cases check the length, width and height of geometries.

Features

  • The roller seam is scanned with a laser light section sensor.
  • Glue width (KB) and height (KH) in 3D
