With the FFTtesting eFlexMobile, modules or battery packs can be tested directly on the production line. The system enables a variety of electrical and functional tests (e.g. high voltage, insulation, load) and impresses with its modular design and high measurement accuracy.

A transmitted light inspection is used to check whether components and features are correctly present and correctly assembled in order to detect faults at an early stage and prevent damage. The system uses 2D and 2.5D sensor technology to ensure a reliable quality inspection.

Fast and precise recording of geometries and surfaces using laser scanners to control quality and processes. Examples include BeadControl and HemQC.

FFTmetrology BestFit calculates the ideal assembly position of a component relative to the component cutout. Both have individual tolerances, which are considered as important factors in the position calculation.

The FFTmetrology RGS system is used to guide the robot to a calculated ideal position rather than to a teached position. For this purpose, 2D or 2.5D images are first captured and calculated.

It is determined the deviations of the vehicle bodies in just one station. The result can then be used for optimization in the following stations. The condition is that the body positioning in each station is the same and stable.

The FFTmetrology Bead Control scans the adhesive bead and precisely measures its position, width and height. The measurement takes place while the adhesive is being applied, thus avoiding a loss of cycle time.

This system can be used to reliably check the placement of add-on elements and features, e.g. welding studs, holes, embossing, etc., so that missing or incorrectly placed parts are recognised immediately. It can be designed for 2D and 2.5D.

FFTmetrology Gap & Flush is an automatic robot-based solution for stable measurement of gap and flush values.

For this application, the FFT VG DH (laser triangulation using a dual-head sensor) is ideal.

FFTmetrology HemQC inspects the quality of the folded edge during the roll folding process. This is a scanning procedure in which the width and height of the fold or the excess adhesive is measured.

The FFTmetrology Pipeline Inspection Gauge (PIG) is the solution for detecting small leaks with a leakage rate of ≥20l/h. It is available in various diameters (≥6") and meets all necessary TÜV requirements as well as the ATEX certification.

The FFTtesting S3 is a flexible, wireless measuring system with a modular design. It records pressure, humidity, temperature and more. Ideal for hard-to-reach mobile applications in harsh environments.
