Holes
The VisionView recognizes a wide variety of holes. It calculates the shape, size, depth and much more.
Studs
The measuring system also recognizes the different studs in their length, width or shape.
Surfaces
Surfaces such as edges and gaps are also measured here. Our measuring system calculates the gap width or the angle of the edge.
Alignment
The system also calculates the orientation of the various shapes.
The FFTmetrology VisionView software FFT as a service provider
FFT can show you various preliminary simulations based on the CAD file.
The data obtained can be used to create a simulation of the position grid or a measuring position and a robot simulation.
We offer a quick setup of the prepared measurement plan and robot path on site. Furthermore, changes and extensions to the measurement tasks, including completely new types, are possible at any time.
