Installation of the FFTmetrology HemQC Simple implementation in 4 steps
Roller fold production
First, the fold is produced in three passes (folding speed 100 mm/sec.). The roller hemming measurement then takes place in the third pass.
Measuring rate and quality visualization
Recording of one image per millimeter. The fold quality is then visualized using red, yellow and green markings.
Link with PLC
These visualized results are sent to the software under the following identifiers and saved as a database:
- IO - OK
- NiO - not OK
- Incorrect measurement
Final quality report
The software can be used to evaluate the recorded measurements using various statistical methods.
