Quality control system for welding work Smart Electrode
The SMART ELETRODE developed by FFT, which is equipped with a coding system, enables control measurements.
- The intelligent electrodes contain position sensors (micrometer accuracy).
- The sensors measure the current position of the lower and upper electrodes.
- These measures ensure control of the welding quality and define the conditions for the OK and NOK parts.
